About Us →What size of project do you take on?

We work on projects from around 300 sq.m. (a single villa or interior fit-out) up to 50,000 sq.m. (mid-rise commercial). If we're not the right fit, we'll usually say so on the first call.
Where do you build?

We're based in Cairo and build across Egypt. The bulk of our work is in Greater Cairo, the North Coast, New Alamein, and the Red Sea.
Do you have in-house design?

No. We work alongside the architect of your choice, or recommend studios we trust. For interiors we offer turnkey design-and-build.
How do you price?
+
Itemised, line by line, against the drawing set. We name every allowance and call out the unknowns. No lump sums hiding scope.
What about after handover?

Every project gets a twelve-month defect window with a single point of contact. We also offer optional after-care contracts for larger buildings.
